Privacy Policy
The short version: Haulspar is a single-player game that runs on your phone. Your company, your save and your settings stay on your device. We run no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no trackers, and we never sell or rent personal data. The one thing that leaves the device is what Google Play itself does to install and update the app, under Google's own policies. If you choose to sign in with Google Play Games, the app also keeps a copy of your save in your own Google account so you can continue on another device; section 6 says exactly what that involves.

1. Who we are and what this covers
Haulspar is made and published by Space Junk Industries LLC, a Delaware (United States) limited liability company ("we", "us"). This policy covers the Haulspar Android app distributed through Google Play and the website haulspar.com. It does not cover Google's own services (Google Play, Google Play services, Google Play Games), which have their own policies.
2. What the app stores, and where

The company name is checked against a word list inside the app so that names are suitable if leaderboards are ever added. The check happens on the device and nothing is sent anywhere.
3. What we never collect
No email address, no account, no name, no contacts, no location, no advertising identifier, no analytics SDK, no crash-reporting SDK, no device fingerprinting, no payment details. The app has no server of ours to talk to. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not build profiles of you for anyone.
4. Android permissions the app asks for

5. Google Play and Google Play services
Google Play installs and updates the app and may collect installation, crash and vitals data under Google's policies, which you control from your Google account and your device settings. We see aggregated Play Console statistics (such as install counts and crash rates) that do not identify you. If you write a review or contact us through the store, Google handles that data under its own policy.
6. Google Play Games sign-in and cloud saves (optional)
The app can sign you in to Google Play Games Services. On a phone where you are signed in to Play Games, this happens automatically at start; otherwise you can sign in from More → Settings → Account, or not at all. The game works the same either way.

Purchases and rewarded ads are not in the app. If they are added, purchases would be handled by Google Play Billing, and any ad provider would be named here with what it collects and how to opt out, before the feature ships.
7. This website
haulspar.com is a static site served by Cloudflare, Inc., which processes visitor IP addresses and request metadata to deliver it and protect it from attack. The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from third parties.
8. How long data is kept, and how to delete it
Everything the app stores is on your device and stays until you remove it. To delete it all, use More → Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete company in the app, or uninstall the app, which removes its private storage. There is nothing for us to delete on our side, because we hold nothing. A cloud copy kept through Google Play Games is deleted as described in section 6.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR, the UK GDPR and US state privacy laws), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or port personal data, to object to processing, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Because the app keeps your data on your device, you exercise most of these yourself: the data is in your hands. For anything else, write to us at the address below and we will answer within a month.
10. Children
Haulspar is not directed at children under 13 (or the higher age your country sets for consent), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. The app collects nothing from anyone on its own; a Play Games sign-in is governed by Google's age rules for that account. If you believe a child has sent us personal data by email, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date, and the app's privacy notice links to it. Changes that add data collection are made before the feature is released.
